Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:
A $5 Transaction Processing Fee will apply to all Domestic orders & a $10 Transaction Processing Fee will apply to all International orders. All in items purchased will be shipped by Priority Mail unless prohibited by USPS shipping regulations then they will be shipped by Parcel Post. Note: Solvent based products cannot be shipped outside the Continental U.S.

Out of stock items may not be restocked; customers will be emailed if an out of stock item has been ordered, informing them of the out of stock item. A refund will be made for the specific out of stock item and the rest of the order will be shipped.

RETURN POLICY:
No Refunds or Returns without prior authorization.
Refunds are ONLY made when:

1. Items arrive damaged in unopened condition.
Although we are not responsible for any damaged incurred by the shipping service, we will accept returns for damaged Items with prior authorization. Please contact us with specific details regarding damage. No returns are accepted for items that have been opened.

2. Incorrect items were sent.
If you were sent the wrong item, or if you did not receive what you ordered in general, please contact us.
