SHIPPING POLICY:
A $3 Handling Fee will apply to all orders. All in items purchased will be shipped Priority Mail.
Out of stock items may not be restocked; customers will be contacted if an out of stock item is in their order. A refund will be made for that specific item and the rest of the item(s) will be shipped without the out of stock item.
RETURN POLICY:
No Refunds or Returns without prior authorization.
Refunds are ONLY made when:
1. Items arrive damaged in unopened condition.
Although we are not responsible for any damaged incurred by the shipping service, we will accept returns for damaged Items with prior authorization. Please contact us with specific details regarding damage. No returns are accepted for items that have been opened.
2. Incorrect items were sent.
If you were sent the wrong item, or if you did not receive what you ordered in general, please contact us.
